Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be flexible while also ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and rescheduling of consulting sessions. Client-Initiated Cancellations: More than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel a scheduled session more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: If you cancel a scheduled session between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel a scheduled session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued. Client-Initiated Rescheduling: More than 48 hours' notice: You may reschedule a session without penalty more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to consultant availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time. Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: You may reschedule a session with a $10 rescheduling fee between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to consultant availability. Less than 24 hours' notice: Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled start time is generally not permitted. The session will be considered cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply. In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be possible at the discretion of Inflowhive and may involve additional fees. Inflowhive-Initiated Cancellations/Rescheduling: In the rare event that Inflowhive needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., consultant illness, technical difficulties), we will provide you with as much notice as possible. We will offer you the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund. No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling Limits: Clients are generally limited to1 rescheduling's per booked package or project. Further reschedulings may be subject to additional fees or may not be permitted. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us by email at inflowhive@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, the scheduled session date and time, and the reason for the cancellation or rescheduling.
